My name is Kathy VanWinkle and I work at the Chester County SPCA shelter. We have a temporary fostering program and are always looking for volunteers. This could involve a mother cat with kittens, a lone or litter of kittens without their mom, an injured animal or a puppy too young for the adoption floor. This may involve a 4 to 6-week commitment. We provide vet care, food, and necessary supplies. This is a constant need. Currently, we have two kittens needing bottle feeding, and a small female fox terrier in a leg wrap (leash walking only, no other dogs, and a trip once a week to the Exton Vet Clinic).
