The first thing you want to do is to “login”. You do this with the User ID and Password that was assigned. If you want to change the assigned password, you would go into “Your Profile” and enter and verify a new password. You can do this as many times as you would like.

Looking on the left hand side of this page under “Welcome”, you will see the following:

 

   1. Home – home page of the site

 

   2. About Us – Click into this to read Information on the community and the amenity buildings

 

   3. Email Web – Click into this to get a drop-down menu of specific e-mails. You are asked to agree to the rules and regulations of Hillview’s emailing policy before proceeding. Instructions are attached regarding how to use the drop down menus to send information to Webmaster, HOA Representative Frank and Adele, Activities/Clubs, Directory, Calendars, Property Manager, and e-mail Community

 

Looking on the left hand side of this page under “Residents”, you will see the following:

 

   1. Calendars – Click into this for the calendar for the Committees/Clubs or Activities/Events Calendars. When you click into this initially, you will notice that all the calendars are listed. Please use the drop down arrow on the left side of “category” and select either Committee/Clubs, Activities/Events, or Exercise/Fitness

 

    You can see the recurring entries when you click into the date portion of the calendar. When you are finished seeing these entries, you can just click on “return to calendar” at the top or bottom of the page.

 

   2. Committees/Clubs – Click into this for membership and other information on Committee and Clubs

 

   3. Community Links – Click into this for information on emergency numbers, hospitals, nearby townships and Boroughs and other pertinent information.

 

   4. Contacts - Click into this for Hillview’s Committee and Club contacts. Also for Builder Contacts and Homeowners Association & Community Activities contacts.

 

   5. Directory – Click into this to get the residents information on phone, e-mail and address. Notice you can query a name, address or phone in this database. Using the drop down menu at the top of the Directory database, click on first name, last name, or address and then make sure it says “contains” and then list whatever the name or address is and then click on “run search”. You will then see the individual you are looking for. Open the profile to see the e-mail address(es). You can make a hard copy of the directory simply by going to the bottom of the page and selecting “all”. Then go to the top of the database and drag your cursor to the end of the database. Then right click your mouse and select copy. Then open your Word to a blank page and right click you mouse again and select paste

 

   6. Documents – Click into this to get Architectural Guidelines, Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Public Offering Statements, Rules and Regulations for Cabin, Indoor Pool & Spa, Outdoor Pool, Tennis Courts

 

   7. Forms – Click into this to pick up Architectural, Maintenance, New Resident, Orleans Maintenance Forms. The Orleans Maintenance Forms are actually filed on line. More forms will be forthcoming

 

   8. HOA – Click into this to see the budget, the agendas and the meeting minutes of the Home Owners Association, as well as other appropriate information.

 

   9. Meeting Minutes – Click into this to view the Committee Minutes. And then click into the minutes you want to view.

 

   10 Newsletter – Click into this and then click on the current or previous copies of the newsletter.

 

   11.Photo Album – Click into this and then click into the drop down box to view different photo albums

 

   12.Volunteering – Click into this to view volunteer opportunities around our area.

 

Looking at the center of the home page, you will see the following information:

 

   • The category “Hillview Community News” contains two links…..one to the “Planned Activities” and one to the “What’s in the Area”. Simply click on these links to get to the information.

       

       o The Planning Activities are activities planned and organized by the Hillview Committees and/or club members.

 

        o “What’s in the Area” is made up of

   • Children of all Ages

   • Cultural/Historical

   • Expos/Exhibits/Conventio

   • Healthy Living
