About our Amenities:
The Cabin:
The Cabin is one of the original buildings in the community. It houses a pool table, two plasma flat screen televisions with cable service, two game rooms suitable for cards and board games. This facility has comfortable furniture to relax and read or watch TV. Directly in back of the Cabin is a picnic grove with tables, a bocce court and horseshoe pits.
The Cottage:

The Cottage of Hill Farm was used to house farm workers and their families who helped to work the 300 acres owned by the Spackman family. Corn and soy beans were grown here, as well as vegetables, which were kept in the concrete root cellar adjacent to the Cottage for use during the winter. The last family who lived there, Fred and Mary D. Thompson, stayed for 43 years! Mrs. Thompson and her daughter Mary D., still live in Coatesville, and have been guests of the Cottage Committee at the Mother and Daughter Tea.
The Cottage is used by the Arts and Crafts Club, Quilting Club, and various other needlework groups, as well as the Mah Jongg Club. It is ideal for small group meetings and evening suppers.
